How much is AC servicing in Lagos?
AC steaming with JoTech costs ₦10,000 per unit, or ₦8,000 per unit if you're servicing 3 or more. The price is the same anywhere in Lagos.
What is AC steaming?
Steaming is a deep machine clean of your AC. We remove and clean the filter, clean the inside of the indoor unit, and clean the outdoor unit. It restores cooling and helps prevent leaks and breakdowns.
How often should I service my AC?
Every 3 months for homes and offices. Every month for Airbnbs, shortlets, apartments and hotels, where ACs run for long hours.
My AC is not cooling. Does it need gas?
Not always. Most of the time, an AC that isn't cooling is dirty, has an airflow problem, or has an electrical fault. AC gas does not get used up. It only runs low when there's a leak. We check first so you don't pay for gas you don't need.
How long will the gas last after a refill?
If the leak is properly fixed, the gas should last for years. If someone refills without fixing the leak, it will run out again. That's why we always find and fix the leak first.
Why is my AC leaking water?
Usually a blocked or broken drain pipe, a dirty unit, or poor installation. Steaming often fixes it. If not, we repair the drain line.
Do you guarantee your work?
Yes. If the same fault comes back within 31 days of a repair, we fix it free.
